Shipping Policy

    • ### Shipping & Order Policy

      * We do not accept orders shipped to Russia or Asia.

      * All items are shipped directly from our factory in Japan.

      * Due to a high volume of orders from around the world, shipping may be delayed.

      * Orders are shipped via DHL.
      PO Box or forwarding company addresses are not accepted. If this type of address is used as the shipping address, we will be unable to process the order.

       

      ### Import Duties & Taxes

      * Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
      These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

      * Notice to U.S. Customers:
      Items shipped from Japan may be subject to U.S. Customs duties.
      If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to Japan, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

      * Unpaid Customs / Refused Packages:
      If a package is returned because the buyer refuses to pay import duties or taxes:

      * Original shipping fees are non-refundable
      * Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund
      * We will not accept new order from those customer.

       

      ### Shipping Time & Inventory

      * If items are in stock, they can usually be shipped from Japan within one week.

      * DHL delivery typically takes 4–7 business days.

      * A tracking number will be provided once the order ships.

      * We cannot confirm availability or shipping time before an order is placed, as we do not have real-time inventory information. Many items may be out of stock.

       

      ### Orders Over USD 1,500

      * Due to a high number of recent CHARGEBACKS, orders over USD 1,500 may be subject to additional review.
      * If there is any suspicion of fraud, we may request payment via PayPal before processing the order.
